1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Please refer to the header of the website to view current dispatch times, or read the Shipping Policy.
Postage to the UK is free and all orders are sent first class. Therefore you should recieve your order within 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.
International orders will take anywhere from 3 - 21 days depending on where you live.

2. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Firstly check when your order was dispatched and refer to the delivery estimates above. If your order hasn't arrived within the given time frame, send me an email at info@theletteringtree.com with your order number and I will look into it for you.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes I do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to the returns policy here for the terms and conditions.
4. Is The Lettering Tree eco-friendly?
Yes! All the cardstock used for the cards and prints is FSC certified, which means it is made with materials from well managed forests or from recycled sources.
In an effort to reduce single use plastics, all cards come wrapped in a paper bag rather than the traditional cellophane bag, and all prints come packaged in a biodegradable cornstarch sleeve which can be composted when finished with.
All postal packaging can be recycled or reused.
5. I'd like a custom order, can you design something for me?
I always love to hear from customers about products they'd like to see in The Lettering Tree, however, I'm not always able to create custom pieces. It's worth sending me an email if you have an idea, and I'll be able to let you know if it's possible!
6. Are your products stocked in a shop near me?
The Lettering Tree products are stocked in a select few shops in the UK and US. If you are interested in stocking our products in your shop, please contact me at info@theletteringtree and I'd love to chat with you more about this.
